Our thesis
Healthcare coding decisions increasingly have to survive scrutiny — from payment-integrity reviews, from RADV audits, from regulators. Tools that return a score without a trail leave teams exposed at exactly the moment defensibility matters most.
We took the opposite starting point. Cierta is built so that every finding carries the documentation and reasoning behind it, every decision passes through a person, and every action is recorded in a way that can be verified later. The name says it: cierta — certain, sure, established. Certainty you can show, not just assert.

Cierta AI is a product of Global IT Source LLC, a technology company building practical, evidence-focused AI-assisted workflows for healthcare operations. We work hands-on with the teams who carry the audit risk, and we build for their reality: documentation, review workflows, and accountability.
