Global IT Source LLC ("Cierta AI", "we") uses this interim notice to explain how the public website handles contact information while final legal policy review is completed.

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email, organization, and message — so we can respond to you.

Protected health information

Cierta processes protected health information only under a signed business associate agreement and applicable contractual terms. Our public website does not collect PHI. Product data handling is governed separately by customer agreements.

How we use information

We use the contact details you submit solely to follow up about Cierta and your inquiry. We do not sell personal information.
